Due to a power outage in the area, the Aug. 13 APS Board of Education meeting has been moved from Educational Services Center 4 to the APS Professional Learning & Conference Center, 15771 E. 1st Ave., 80011. The meeting begins at 6 p.m. and is open to the public.
