APS Superintendent Position Announcement
APS Teammates and Community Partners:
On behalf of the APS Board of Education, I want to thank those of you who participated in focus groups to help us learn what qualities we should look for in our next superintendent. The input you provided was very helpful to the Board in identifying what is important to the APS community. We appreciate your candid perspectives of our district’s strengths and challenges. This feedback guided the Board’s development of the position announcement, which will be released today at www.casb.org/administrative-openings.
If you did not have an opportunity to attend a focus group facilitated by the Colorado Association of School Boards, we still want to hear from you. Another way to share your feedback is through a confidential online survey. We will provide you with additional information later this month.
