APS & Pickens Technical College on One Hour Delay

AURORA, CO – Due to weather conditions, Aurora Public Schools (APS) and Pickens Technical College will be on a one hour delay for students tomorrow, November 18. School buses will pick up students one hour later than usual at their regular bus stops to take them to school.

Schools will still end at their regular times.

Staff members should report to school as close to their regular start time as is safely possible.

Aurora Public Schools Board of Education Executive Session

On Tuesday, November 22, 2022, the Aurora Public Schools Board of Education is expected to recess into executive session for the purpose of determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators – Superintendent’s contract pursuant to Section 24-6-402(4)(e)(I), C.R.S. 

The executive session will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the Annex conference room at the APS Professional Learning and Conference Center, 15771 E. 1^st Ave., Aurora, CO 80011.
